Appointment Cancelation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. No-show clients who fail to arrive without notice will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled services. These policies are in place to protect our small business. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are committed to working closely with clients to accommodate their needs. We ask that you please respect our time and give us adequate notice if changes to your appointment are necessary.


Credit Card Policy

You must have a valid credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless the above policies apply to you.


Late Policy

If you are running late, please text or call me to let me know. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule and you will be responsible for 50% of the service booked.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non- refundable
